Perishable Goods
Due to the perishable nature of our cakes, cupcakes, and other baked goods, we are unable to accept returns. All sales are final once the product has been delivered or picked up.
We cannot be responsible for products that are damaged or spoiled due to improper handling or storage after they have been successfully delivered to you.
Incorrect or Damaged Orders
We do our best to ensure every order is perfect. However, if you receive an order that is incorrect or damaged upon arrival, please contact us immediately.
- Contact us within 2 hours of receiving your order.
- Provide your order number and a clear photo of the incorrect or damaged item.
- Please email this information to support@shreesvegancakehouse.com.
We will assess the situation, and if we determine that we are at fault, we will offer a suitable resolution, which may include a replacement or a refund on a case-by-case basis.
Custom Orders
For custom orders, we work closely with you to ensure the design and specifications are as you envision. Due to the personalized nature of these cakes, all sales for custom orders are final. No refunds will be provided for custom cakes once the order is confirmed.
Order Cancellations
Once an order is placed, it is immediately sent to our kitchen for preparation. Therefore, we are unable to accept any cancellations. All sales are final.
Satisfaction Guarantee
We stand by the deliciousness of our cakes. If you are not completely satisfied with the taste of your product, please reach out to us within 24 hours of receiving it. We will be happy to discuss the issue and may offer a refund at our discretion. To be eligible, you must provide feedback and may be asked for a photo of the product.
